The client portal allows you to:
- See scheduled appointments
- Pay balances
- Join telehealth sessions (see below for therapists that do not use the portal)
- Complete required documents
To join a scheduled session, check in at the time of your session by clicking on your therapist’s virtual office below.

To join a session from a personal computer, make sure you are using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari as your web browser. If you are using a handheld device, such as an iPhone, Android, or tablet, simply download the free Doxy.me app.
For compliance, telehealth visits must be in a private location in the presence of only the patient/s.
