About Paige
As a therapist my role is to create a safe space to explore the self, our relationships, and to heal the wounds that hold us back from living a full life.
My work is focused on pairing mindfulness with other evidence-based tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients achieve their goals.
My specialties include working with children, teens and young adults. As a Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC) and Licensed School Counselor (SCL) I have experience working with these populations both in a K12 and University setting. I believe these years provide a valuable time to assist clients in building upon their strengths, working on positive communication skills, and helping to develop healthy coping strategies
Every person deserves a space to process complex feelings and emotions. As your therapist, I promise to create a safe space for you to be free to come as you are — a space to help you grow into the most authentic version of you.
